Antonio Pena Keil – Co-Founder and CEO of CW Real Estate Ibiza

Originally from Stuttgart, Germany, Antonio Pena Keil moved to Marbella in 1997, drawn by the climate, international lifestyle and multicultural environment. In 2010, he entered the real estate industry and quickly discovered his passion for helping clients find the right property and make confident decisions in the market.

Antonio speaks German, English and Spanish fluently and works with an international clientele from different backgrounds and age groups. His ability to communicate clearly, understand individual requirements and build long-term relationships has become an important part of his work in real estate.

Together with Christian Wolf, Antonio co-founded CW Real Estate Ibiza and has helped develop the company into a professional, client-focused real estate business with a strong international network. As Co-Founder and CEO, he is closely involved in the day-to-day management of the company, sales strategy, client relations and the coordination of property transactions across Ibiza.

Antonio is known for his practical approach, strong work ethic and solution-oriented mindset. He believes in finding the right solution for each client, whether through conventional methods or a more creative approach when required. Integrity, reliability and personal service are central to the way he works.

Outside of real estate, Antonio values time with his family and his three dogs. He also enjoys poker as a way to relax and switch off from the demands of daily business. His personal philosophy is simple: with the right attitude, commitment and persistence, there is always a way forward.
