OUR HISTORY
The company was founded in 2010 by Christian Wolf in Marbella under the name CW Europe Group Marbella S.L. From the beginning, the business combined real estate experience with a strong focus on digital marketing and online visibility, particularly through Google. In 2025, the company officially changed its name to CW REAL ESTATE IBIZA S.L. and now operates under the brand CW Real Estate Ibiza, focusing on the property market in Ibiza and Formentera.

After a difficult personal period, Christian Wolf focused much of his energy on his professional development and found important support in Antonio Keil, one of his first key contacts in Marbella. Antonio brought experience in the real estate sector and a strong ability to understand clients and guide them towards the right property. Their collaboration marked an important stage in the development of the business, and from 2010 the company gradually expanded its real estate activities towards Ibiza.
As the property market began to recover from 2015 onwards, the company strengthened its presence in Ibiza through a digital strategy focused on online visibility and Google search positioning. Over time, this helped CW Real Estate Ibiza establish a stronger presence in the local property market and develop its activity in buying, selling and advising clients across Ibiza and Formentera.
Innovation, Growth & Vision
In the years that followed, Christian Wolf and Antonio Keil participated in numerous high-value property transactions and collaborated on a number of real estate investment projects, further expanding their experience and knowledge of the Ibiza market. As part of this growth, a second office was opened in Ibiza Town in 2021. Together with Ivano Recchia, Tim Halbhuber and Sharon de Jong, they developed a working approach based on cooperation between agencies, digital property marketing and stronger connections between property owners, buyers and industry professionals.
