How our collaboration works
The process is simple and agreed in writing from the start.
You contact us and we send you our collaboration agreement.
You register your client by email before the first viewing. From that moment your client is protected for 12 months.
We send you brochures, floor plans and documents for the properties that match your client’s wishes.
We organise viewings in Ibiza and accompany your client personally, from the first visit to the signing at the notary.
After completion, you receive 50% of our commission against your invoice.

We work with licensed real estate agents and agencies anywhere in the world. We especially welcome partners from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Scandinavia and the United States, where many Ibiza buyers come from.
