Traditional Finca with Six Bedrooms and Guest Houses on 19,000 m² in Benimussa

This charming finca in traditional Ibizan style lies in the green valley of Benimussa, in the quiet interior of the island and not far from the village of Sant Rafael. Set on a plot of around 19,000 m², the property is surrounded by nature and enjoys wide views over the countryside and the hills, with a glimpse of the sea in the distance. Facing south, it is bathed in sunshine throughout the day.

A well tended garden with a variety of fruit trees and its own agricultural land surrounds the houses and creates a true oasis of peace for family and friends. Benimussa is one of the most authentic rural areas of Ibiza, a wide agricultural valley framed by hills of more than 400 metres, with almond and olive groves, old stone farmhouses and walking and mountain bike trails right on the doorstep. The area has been declared a Natural Area of Special Interest, which protects its landscape for the future.

The property consists of a main house and two separate guest houses with a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms, plus a staff house with three rooms. In total there are around 650 m² of built space, so family, guests and staff each have their own private area.

Despite its peaceful setting, everything is within easy reach. The villages of Sant Rafael and Sant Josep with their restaurants and shops are only a few minutes away, San Antonio with its schools, supermarkets and the famous sunset bars is about 15 minutes away, and Ibiza Town is around 18 minutes by car. The beaches of Cala Jondal, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta can be reached in around 20 minutes, and Ibiza airport is about 25 minutes away. For families, the international Morna College in Santa Gertrudis is about 20 minutes away (my estimate).

Large rural estates with several houses and a plot of this size have become very rare on Ibiza, as planning rules for rustic land are strict. In the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, average asking prices in August 2026 were around 2.6% higher than a year earlier, although past price developments are no guarantee of future growth.
