Finca for sale in the heart of Roca Llisa golf course

This rustic finca in the sought-after Roca Llisa urbanisation, right next to the Golf Ibiza course, offers an exceptional location for a holiday home or a permanent residence. Nestled in the picturesque landscape of the golf course, the property is an exclusive oasis of tranquillity, away from the bustle of everyday life yet close to everything the island has to offer.

The house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms with around 250 m² of built area, and its traditional Ibizan charm is waiting to be brought back to life with a full renovation. The plot of around 21,700 m² offers plenty of space for gardens, terraces and outdoor living, and there is also the possibility of having a swimming pool approved.

With more than 21,000 square meters of land, the property is a blank canvas for your own ideas. Surrounded by gentle slopes and green woodland, it blends naturally into its setting and invites you to relax in this peaceful environment, with the calm of the golf course as a backdrop.

Inside, traditional Ibizan character can be combined with modern luxury according to your own vision. The existing building has great potential and needs a complete renovation to become a home tailored to your wishes. As the land is rustic, the rules of the Island Territorial Plan (PTI) apply, which among other things limit swimming pools to a maximum of 35 m². We recommend checking the exact renovation options with a local architect before buying.

Roca Llisa is one of the quietest residential areas in the east of Ibiza, with the golf course right on its doorstep. Ibiza Town is about 15 minutes away, the airport between 15 and 20 minutes, and Jesús, Santa Eulària, Talamanca and the small beach of Cala Olivera are all close by.
